Harrisburg Animal Rescue Team (HART) is comprised solely of volunteers whose mission is to rescue, provide medical care for, foster, and find forever loving homes for cats and kittens in the greater Harrisburg area. We are dedicated to the well-being of all felines and work tirelessly to ensure they receive the love and care they deserve.
