About Us
The Harrisburg Animal Rescue Team (HART) is a volunteer-powered non-profit organization. From rescue to adoption, we guide every cat and kitten in our care into a safe, loving home. Our team consists of volunteers who foster cats and kittens, raise funds to pay for veterinary care, attend outreach events to raise community awareness, and perform administrative tasks like scheduling surgeries. Our main functions include:
