About Us

The Harrisburg Area Animal Rescue Team (HART) is a volunteer powered non-profit organization. Our mission is to rescue cats and kittens, seek medical care, spay/neuter and adopt them into loving homes. Our team is available to provide transportation, veterinary care, and open our homes to provide safe and nurturing environments to cats and kittens that find themselves homeless due to unforeseen circumstances.
